Question for y’all. I’ve got a friend who is a NK furlough who is most likely heading to 9E. Recruiters were touting 3 years to flow plus or minus 6 months. Is that accurate? It seems the NH’s here from 9E had more years there then that over the last 18 months but maybe I’m mistaken. Would love to know the real/realistic guestimation.
I'm in that situation. They told me 4 years. But it's a recruiter, so who knows?

"Start their clock". Is flow based on your date of upgrade, not just straight seniority?
