Quick question for the masses.

on SC is a CNO message notification of a trip? I just got a CNO for a rotation that starts in 20 minutes. Did not acknowledge but have been waiting for a phone for 15 minutes. I know that you can be notified of a SC period through CNO but didn’t think it was enough for rotation.
