Along with your viewpoint however the bigger the list grows to, the smaller the movement becomes percentage wise. Like right now every year assuming no growth people are moving up about 3.5% per year..........by 2030 years assuming size of pilot group grows what the CEO wants it to be ..each pilot would only move up 1.7% per year.

While AA peaks in 2025 with an average of 2.5 retirements a day...it will over 2 a day until 2028, an does not go below one a day until 2035, Delta goes to below 1 a day in 2034.
Don’t worry United is obviously the better choice(now) I did enjoy that theoretical thread about a merger. Very entertaining.
