That's a good point. Most of us in the industry in our 50's have definitely adpated our lifestyles to remain healthy enough, for most people that takes some effort after a certain age, it's not necessarily a given. Basically eat healthy, exercise, watch weight, and don't drink too much. Illict drugs of course are no-go, and that includes all canabis/THC... it's not legal per the federal government and aviation/transport is regulated by them.
