3br villa only if you get lucky. Calling it a villa sounds fab, it's a house built to, what in the US is called builder spec level.
22 days of work. Time spent in the bunk not counting towards your duty/flight time limits. 120-130 hours of time in plane per month. And when it suits them, time spent in the biz class middle seat is "rest", DH TATL then operate back as one duty day.
There is a reason why Emirates only attracts people from places like Bangladesh these days.
