Roy's post was pretty spot-on. We're not in ideal circumstances, but there's some light at the end of the tunnel in a year or so, and that's based on consistency/action from management. So far, they're doing the things they say they're going to do.
Sure, the operation can be frustrating at times, but I don't know a 121 where that isn't the case, regional, legacy or otherwise.
You get paid more, better benefits. Our reserve work rules are better than some but worse than others. It's better to be at a major for sure, but my QOL was better as a regional commuting to a line vs perpetual SCR.
