I contacted TH and inquired as to where the company was and if they got dates yet. He mentioned to me that the company met with the mediator for the first time on Dec 20. Did their little intro, mediator stated his expectations and whatever else. They are waiting on official dates by the mediator and are hoping for dates in january. We'll see what happens. Either way just like 2023 we've lost time to negotiatie bc of what appear to be bad decisions.
