It's a massive red flag for a company to be doing so poorly when the industry is generally on the up. What's going to happen when it does go on the down. And yes while your pay is almost up to competitors the rest of the contract is years behind. It's going to be very hard to get an industry leading contract when the company is doing so poorly.

I’m not the biggest cheerleader of this company…but to say our contract is awful compared to the rest of the industry is a flat out lie. There’s good and bad in every contract you say our reserve is predatory but my friends at delta fly significantly more than I do on reserve and they also get converted to SCR for no reason just to sit in a pad in base. The contract I would say is a tad worse than United’s current cba and this is a 2018 CBA. Prior to this cycle keep in mind we were the only company with reassignment and holiday pay just to name a few things. This company isn’t doing the greatest but it is far better than any regional and saying otherwise is insane.
