Shoe shaped shoes with heel rise, narrow toe boxes that squish toes together, stiff soles, a snug fit that blocks foot splay, arch support, etc might be the worst possible thing for our feet and body. Wearing something that is contrary to how the foot is designed to work in nearly every aspect might cause issues in the long run.
