That would be nice. Basically a no-cost item, other than a few hours of worker-bee effort.

Small point of order. They were limited to
one 365-day bid in a year (and it had to contain displacements to use that one).

You have a wedding in mid February? Then you could bid the later training dates to avoid it.
Yeah, that would work too. Or something very similar like what bugman said above.
