2025 hiring is pretty tight amongst the legacies. United has already extended CJOs until spring 2026 so this year is probably not going to happen unless there's a sizable amount of unexpected aircraft deliveries. United is putting out 1600TPIC to go over from Aviate. Unless you're a special case (currently at a competitor/ALPA distressed carrier/Fedex etc.) I'd probably consider 1600hrs UAL's new minimum given todays hiring environment.
