Why Frontier? Why would anyone with experience want to come here today? Do you live in a domicile? If not you'll be commuting to all day turns. Quick upgrade? Eh maybe but enjoy SJU then getting displaced immediately once you get out. Why would anyone with an experienced background not just stay where they are, upgrade, and apply to the Big 3? You want to come here and make 100k less than everyone else?

Management has said that frontier is a stepping stone airline and they are fine with this. Just listen to Barry, "we're not worried about Pilot staffing because our guys have nowhere to go when the big 3 aren't hiring" They quite literally believe anyone who comes here to stick it out for a career are schmucks.
