I'm assuming your 500 TPIC doesn't meet requirements for 121 captain upgrade.
If so 1000 Multi turbine, 500 TPIC and a type rating are very solid. That puts you head and shoulders above MANY MANY applicants. But the big question is how many they are hiring and how many applicants they have which is hard to gauge. Are the hiring 300 this year and have 1500 applicants like you and 5000 piston CFI's. You may be simultaneously "competitive" yet also unlikely to be hired.
I'd be hustling for somethign that counts towards
(ii)
Pilot in command in operations under
§ 91.1053(a)(2)(i) of this chapter;
(iii)
Pilot in command in operations under
§ 135.243(a)(1) of this chapter;
(iv)
Pilot in command in eligible
on-demand operations that require the pilot to satisfy
§ 135.4(a)(2)(ii)(A) of this chapter
