I don't see hiring anywhere near those numbers in 2026 but you can't control that. What you can control is flying as much as you can, voluntering either in your community or Union. You can go to every single Job fair and meet with recruiters etc. I think the days of 2,000hr RJ F/Os appplying and getting interviewed out of the blue are over but that doesnt mean lower time people won't get a chance. Focus on things you can control.
