Yeah, single biggest regret as a senior middle age CA at NK is not leaving sooner. Totally did the same thing with FO's and telling every one to leave, but didn't take my own advice until the Jetblue merger was toast.
You literally took the words, and regret, right out of my mouth. It's hard to make peace with the last three years of complacency but it has to be done. Hopefully every NK guy and gal finds a seat soon. I can't see this ending well.
