Yes, they are.
50 seat CA pay is better than AWAC. 170 pay is lowish, but 175/190 pay is almost identical to AWAC concessionary 146 payrates.
FO pay? Well, THAT is a different story altogether.
Work rules? No junior manning and
iron-clad scope. No rigs, but most regionals don't have them either.
