As far as the old UA profit sharing system at the time enacted it paid about the same as Delta. The 800lb gorilla in the room however was Delta was paid and United is now paid based on pre tax profit. That means that if your airline doubles in size while making the same profit margin your PS doubles. Under the old UA system based on profit margin it would have remained the same.
Mil leave pilots get PS for their eligible earnings. If you don't have eligible earnings from UAL, what do you propose your PS should be based on?
