There is no SEA-HND on JAL. While HND is the better airport for Tokyo O&D traffic, who knows what percentage of AS's pax are doing that. With OneWorld, the goal may be to connect throughout Asia. In fact, today out of SEA you have DAL and ANA serving HND. But JAL and soon HAL go to NRT.
