Your urging pilots to sell their house and go all in on a stock is quite irresponsible especially for anyone who knows the first thing about investing. Everone has a different financial situation and therefore should have different risk tolerance.

Ironically, as people told you it was the airline you worked for that was the one that was far more likely to have and has had the best returns in the industry because of the company's actions you could have and should have understood. Instead you picked a LCC at the worst possible time.
