1) there are still significant retirements coming
2) airframe delivery rate/uncertaintly is likely to improve
3) there are only so many high time ULCC captains
Chances are good that the hiring enviroment will improve before too terribly long. 1000hrs 121 TPIC is a very solid base to work on. They will call.
