I apologize on behalf of the super cringey vets in this thread. It's pretty obnoxious, to be honest.

People on full-time mil leave/orders do not deserve PS, full stop. You didn't earn it, and you didn't contribute to the profit the company earned.

People who did a career in the military did so willingly, and did it for the benefits, the medical and the retirement. It's an honorable thing to serve, but most of these guys want you to believe they charged hamburger hill and lost both their legs or something. That is patently not the case and they clearly benefitted from their service, which most continued until retirement of their own volition. It's obnoxious chest-thumping from guys who will pull six figures for the rest of their life in retirement, medical and disability benefits.
