Can't say if he's a WSO or a pilot, but the list of jets seems to indicate WSO.

He doesn't speak for the whole F-15E community...at least, not for those of us who have been around long enough to see the photo grande and know that there's more to military aviation than the airframe-specific bias (and ignorance) that we all learn during our first tour in a fighter squadron.
