Aloha used operate 737 pax birds as freighters at night. Normally four at night. Conversion was quick about 20 minutes.

They also had a couple of 300 or 400 series with doors as ell, except they had crack issiues due to the aftermarket cargo door installations.
The 300s crack issues always seemed to be on the opposite side of the cargo door when I flew them. I always thought it was because of the way the cans were slammed into that side during loading.
