A couple clarifying questions:
Does it still include a 24 month Captain obligation that overrides the 5 year requirement? (i.e. you can leave without paying the 25k if you've serve 2 years as a Captain, even if on property for less than 5 years?)
So the whole contact payback is now $25k vice $100k? I am assuming that there is no pro-rated amount anymore?
