not one single new hire has been forced to upgrade. They might have been assigned a slot during indoc, but every single one of them has had an opportunity to be released from it. If they upgraded if was their choice.
DL/AA can have all the RJs they want , I like seeing Mainline jets flying routes that mainline pilots should be flying.
