Dunno - it's all speculation. SWA wants codeshare partners, but doesn't match up in level of service with anyone. RyanAir has more a la carte pricing, SWA really doesn't have many extra fees for luggage, etc. SWA is also clearly not a good match for first class/business class airlines. Seems like the only option is for SWA to fly international itself.
