Yeah it is frankly. I don't think either side is "resisting" as of right now. I APPEARS both company and union have been told by the mediator to knock off "leaking" and work. Last month's mediation went well, I heard meetings two weeks ago had good progress. So hopefully this momentum can remain this month and section 15 along with a PBS LOA can be reached sooner than we expect. I'm not saying that what the company is offering is leading, but I don't think it's sht either. What we need is something competetive, reasonable and fair. But claiming that is just hot garbage bc there's one or two things that some might not like is a bit disingenuous.
