Logbook tip for pro pilots...

Your master logbooks are only ever in one of two places:

1. Your close personal possession.
2. A fireproof safe bolted to floor/wall frames in your house.

Not in your flight bag in your parked car, not in in a briefcase/laptop bag by the table at starbucks while you're in the restroom, not in a file cabinet, not in your garage, not in a box on a moving truck, etc.

Treat them like a firearm basically.

In this day and age you might also get away with a full and complete digital logbook with more than two backups. In that case I'd include images of early civilian logbooks to cover your initial training.
