I'm not voting for any old POS just to get it done. Otherwise, here will be the cycle-

1.) Its time to cave and accept the company deal
2.) The language of the contract is horrible
3.) There's 5000 grievances now
4.) We have the worst work rules in the industry
5.) I never voted for this POS, must have been other people
