Except for profit sharing , reroute pay, 18 percent 401K and a seniority number plus the FA's get payed crap and are used and abused. The entire WO concept is a sham.( Fee For Departure regional). This isn't 1978 flying a shorts 360 at Henson or Allegheny Commuter . Time to move into the new century.
