I'm a Flex candidate and very interested in the company, but haven't been able to find a solid ballpark guess for pay. I have the Flex candidate brochure which includes pay rates, per diem, and bonuses but I'm looking for a bit more granularity. In no way do I think a Year 1 pilot will come anywhere close to the 'up to 175k' number printed in the glossy brochure, so what is a more realistic range for a pilot who basically works their line. My intent would be to get on a DRL team at the earliest opportunity so I'm looking for a rough number prior to then (I assume about 18-24 months to get on a DRL team). Also, I'm talking straight pay since I am familiar with the other compensation benefits such as 401(k), medical, dental, etc. TIA
