In no way do I think a Year 1 pilot will come anywhere close to the 'up to 175k' number printed in the glossy brochure, so what is a more realistic range for a pilot who basically works their line. My intent would be to get on a DRL team at the earliest opportunity so I'm looking for a rough number prior to then (I assume about 18-24 months to get on a DRL team). Also, I'm talking straight pay since I am familiar with the other compensation benefits such as 401(k), medical, dental, etc. TIA
150k easily, not including 18K deferred comp or 401K contributions. Made that working 15 days (14.6 average) a month and 1/4 of the year was at old pay scale (which was daily rate that was $250 a day lower). With the current payscale would be 160K or more
