Listening to the Barclays web cast its evident Jetblue wants to go at this alone (to the detriment of every employee IMO) and is focused on matching the product of big three carriers. They admitted the west coast is dead and wont be returning, GTF issues will peak this year or next and the CC/Airline points are of great focus, providing the fanatical Jetblue customer the ability to "earn and burn". Industry growth is flat yet NE growth is 3% which means airlines are attacking Jetblue markets. They want to grow but that can't be accomplished until the financial house is in order and they feel confident in the plan. Jetblue continues to blame most of its operational woes on ATC and weather.
