I don’t see how anyone can read this and come to any conclusion other than United has NOT approached an airline to discuss m&a. There is nothing more and nothing less to take from that 8-k filing, thus not disproving anything jonNYC said. Now other click baiting bloggers took, jonNYCs tweet, and made an entire story about it, and filled in gaps that weren’t there.
Nothing in that 8k filing covers internal interest, or shuts down the possibility of a discussion at a later date.

It disproves everything his tweet said . He said UA is heavily looking at B6. UA SPECIFICALLY said they aren’t . I don’t understand why someone would take that for anything else. Including thinking “well, maybe they are talking now” after the 8k was put out . That is nothing more than a hope and a dream.
Seems like we might be headed in circles now . So there is where I’ll get off . If UA does end up acquiring us or anybody else for that matter. I’ll gladly be wrong
