I don't disagree. I was responsing to the premise that junior pilots in seats aren't protected. That depends on several factors and the example I gave refuted your suggestion. Junior OAK or IND 767 CAs are not in threat of being pushed out of their seats, so they ARE protected. This is not a system wide free-for-all. But, yes, junior FOs on WB could be at risk due to the circumstances.
My suggestion? Or the copied and pasted Q&A from 23-01, which highlights step by step how Displacements are processed?
