I understand your frustration, and I am frustrated too. It's incredibly frustrating how little clarity and transparency we’re getting from our union regarding the negotiations—especially when it comes to pay, and other critical issues. There’s no clear communication on what exactly is being fought for on our behalf. From the outside, it feels like every time management says “no,” the union just rolls over without any real pushback. We need actual representation, not just a middleman passing along bad news. This lack of accountability and advocacy is unacceptable.
