Yep. When I first got here I thought the PCS process was weird. But now I've grown to like just having my slips in and not constantly feeling the need to check open time.
I’ll admit I’m conflicted and still don’t know which way I lean. On one hand I believe our schedules are dealt out in seniority order, and anything that pops up on OT is fair game for everyone so PCS runs continue to give senior guys an advantage I don’t think they should have entirely. On the other hand, I absolutely lived logged in to OT back at OO waiting for a CRJ 700/900 trip to pop up so I could swap out of my 5 legs a day 200 hell. Here I submit slip and just wait.
