But that call would not be officially made until after summer - which puts the pilot hiring folks in a bind, since the pool has to be maintained to execute such a shift, but also strings along folks.

I think the decision makers are keeping their ‘cards close’ as a hedge. If deliveries are delayed (due to recent tariff impacts, for example), they don’t want to commit too early. Hope that makes sense.
