were you here for the 76 seat scope grievance in 2021ish? That was language clearly in our favor and the arbitrator ripped it up to favor the company.
Given the history with arbitration as a whole and this particular arbitrator it wouldn’t surprise me if the same ruling had come down even if we had specifically included that they remove revenue pax.
the arbitration process is exactly the reason the company is violating so many sections of our contract. There is no penalty for them if they are ruled against and they will get wins like this along the way.
