This and so many other examples in the last 5-7 years, is why I roll my eyes when people say it wasn't in good faith that we pulled down VBs. Them taking things they've agreed to and deciding to change their interpretation because they can weaponize arbitration is the very definition of bad faith. These are just the things you don't forget.

to an extent I agree. I think the last round of negotiations was a good example of this. I just still have a sour taste from the batch size giveaway. That was an abomination and should have resulted in 9 recalls.
