Keep in mind that Delta has stricter augmentation rules than UAL. This provides additional pilot jobs per airframe. With planned future flying the two CA's required on flights over 12 hours will start to create a significant number of widebody CA jobs. Currently it provides about 8 additional jobs for each aircraft used on a pairing with a leg over 12. Routes that meet that will increase with the introduction of the A350-1000. Copilot jobs are also gained in the 8 to 9 hour range.
