Agreed. Also, anytime an IROP occurs it still takes us days to recover. Take the last few of them not including summer, with post reduction of flying. Have heard countless “I won’t be flying Jetblue again.” Also that we are charging 25$ to speak to a representative. So we want to be loved again but leave people out to dry when they need to be rebooked. I still think this forward plan is to polish the books for top dollar asking price.
