How does Alaska do it then? They only have 30 more airplanes and 86 of them are RJs. And I’m not including Hawaiian because they were doing fine before. Is it because they’re super old? Less competition in SEA? Less legroom? First class? I just don’t see how an airline that is basically the same size is on such a different path. Or, how we wouldn’t be able to follow such a path.
RJs help look what Delta does to us in Boston. And they have an excellent hub in SEA even with DL pushing in there. Also First class and they kill it flying to Alaska. I think ELT wise they are very well run.
