That's a copout. You have questions or want to say something? You raise your hand in the zoom and become recognized in front of your fellow pilots and share your ideas or concerns. There is plenty of people who don't agree with every decision speaking their minds. If you are just hiding what you are feeling without speaking up then I would say re-examine whether or not maybe you are the problem.
