Serving Pilots Better
Hello, I am a financial planner that works with quite a few commercial airline pilots (Regional and Major). I am always looking for ways to serve them better and I understand their needs and concerns are unique and unlike most of my other clients. I was hoping to get some feedback from seasoned pilots and younger pilots to gauge what is top of mind, or you would be interested in getting from an advisor.
For mid-late career pilots:
what is one thing about money/investing/ taxes that you wish you knew earlier in your career?
For the early career pilots:
what is your biggest concern about saving for retirement and do you feel that the airlines provide adequate education as to what your retirement benefits are?
Thanks in advance for any feedback you can provide!
