Those are all misdemeanors. I'll bet you any money, the Union will jump in, and he'll have to admit he has a problem, get suspended and take some AA courses, and be back on the line in no time
I agree he should not lose his job and he will probably have to go through those other things but come on he is only 24 I think AA courses are a bit much but will more than likely have to do them
