Go read your displacement section in the contract. Oddly, it talks about when they SHOULD happen (120 days) and then it talks about what happens when the first part doesn’t go to plan, the Advanced Displacement section. It’s almost like they negotiated exactly what they wanted and the company is doing just that.

So you can choose to go early and keep your pay until January 1 and reap the “benefits” of being a senior FO; or you can possibly lose 3 months of your CA pay and maybe wait for a grievance to be heard in 5 years arguing that the company followed what’s written in the contract.

At the end of the day: you’re downgrading. Y'all enjoy your bickering.
It says SHALL not SHOULD (24.6). Then 24.10.a goes on to say advanced displacements shall be offered "...within the same Bid Effective Date..." Not any time management wants.

That aside, if you're currently a junior CA getting displaced, you likely won't be scheduled early for training because you're senior to most FOs. Meanwhile you can be padding your logbook with PIC time, which is a good hedge in case no nothings like yourself run this place into the ground.
