I used the reserve pay calculator under the PBS help section of Crew Resources and it showed 85 hours of pay for me with 19 days of IQ an 11 days of reserve for me in Feb.
When I got my final pay for Feb it was only for the 72 hr reserve guarantee. Submitted to Crew Assist and they responded that I only get reserve guarantee.
Is the calculator wrong or is Crew Assist out to lunch?
I submitted an inquiry to ALPA and they responded by saying it needed more research and turning it into a report. Currently running about 2 months behind.
YGBFSM! PWA 11.B.1.b:
A reserve pilot ... while assigned to qualification training, will be paid and credited 3:05 for each training day, including training days on which their schedule shows “OFF” (not scheduled to attend training), at the rate of the highest paying aircraft model shown on their line or if they have not flown during the bid period, the rate used to establish their reserve guarantee
It's actually 84:59 with a Reserve Guarantee of 72

, but I would Reattack with Crew Assist and cite 11.B.1.b, then call the CPO if they eff it up again.
Regardless, submit a Dart, and I would submit an FCR demanding to know how the heck a "pay specialist" is so bad at thier job that they can get that wrong.
That's totally unacceptable. They need to fix that immediately.
