Yep, what’s even more disquieting is that there are only two explanations for it:

1) They are really really bad at their jobs. Like darkly comically bad.

Or

2) It’s intentional. I’d like to give them the benefit of the doubt as they are our co-workers (malice vs incompetence and all that), but it’s definitely possible that there is a “deny deny deny” mentality passed on from the top.

If it’s option 2 then it’s just theft and outright disgusting.
