Maybe legacy airlines should bring all their flying in house so low experience isn’t concentrated at their regional jet flight deck. Bringing the RJ’s in house would allow experienced pilots to bid these aircraft. Nope, it’s to much a money saver. Booking a legacy airline flight based on aircraft types over time of day departures to avoid the regional subcontractor is becoming a thing. SouthWest, Frontier, and Spirit don’t have this problem.
