I haven't seen the report but one of the news videos that came out this morning said they didn't acknowledge the first radio call when told to hold short. Very possible they were task saturated and heads down. When I was there on the Challenger fleet the performance data was done manually. You had to input all the info in an app and it would give you the numbers, but then you had to punch them into the FMS and also write them down in a physical TOLD card.
Also curious who was sitting in which seat.
When in the sequence of events did they not acknowledge the hold short? I know ground did tell them to hold short as they began to cross 31C, but it was blocked by another person transmitting.
